From Bury St Edmunds take A143 towards Haverhill. Take B1066 towards Glemsford/ Whepstead. Opposite Sharps Lane (which leads back to Horringer village) take the left turn into Hawstead Place. Turn down stone track on left approximately ½ mile later signposted towards fishing.
